Some of you might remember my post from a few months back here. Last few months, we have been hard at work, trying to build a better product that can help Small Businesses in their lead generation efforts. We conducted a number of surveys (thanks to all of you who took time out to fill it!) and talked to a number of our Connect customers to better understand their usage and needs. This is only the first step in making the product better. We are committed in helping your businesses grow, and we would love to hear from you, if you have any further suggestions. Today we are releasing a few features and here is a brief highlight of what you will find in your product today -
View history of all the contacts you have unlocked and do not pay any extra dime to view it again -
You can now review all the contacts you have viewed in “My Contacts” tab, and your history of contacts viewed will be saved for a year. You DO NOT have to pay for these contacts for a whole year, or for as long as you are subscribed to the Connect account. And if any of these contacts’ information gets updated, you can view the most up-to-date information without paying a single dime for them!
Track and plan your usage -
With each contact that you unlock, you can now see the number of contact views left for your account. If you unlock the same account twice, your account will be charged twice. To avoid it, you can go to “My Contacts” tab and view the contact that you unlocked already. Plan your usage with this new tracking feature.
